Sun Bum Citrix Connection Guide
In order to connect to our Citrix environment you will have to do the following.
- Open the Citrix Workspace application.
- Use this URL: Https://dc55apps.dataresolution.net
- You will then be prompted to log in with your Citrix credentials. (Citrix credentials are normally shared directly with the user through Teams. If you are not able to find please open a ticket by emailing Helpdesk@sunbum.com.)
- After selecting which server you will log in to you will see the next window.
- On this window you will have to use SAASPASS to be able to log in. (If you need assistance setting up SAASPASS please open a ticket by emailing Helpdesk@sunbum.com, if you already have SAASPASS set up please follow this guide to configure it to log in https://helpdesk.sunbum.com/support/solutions/articles/22000038108.) One configured scan the QR code with the app.
- You are now logged in to our Citrix environment.
Properly Logging out of Citrix
To properly disconnect from Citrix you need to "Sign Out" NOT "Disconnect."
Disconnecting will allow your session to continue on the server side which will, in time, cause you to experience issues/bugs. While working during the day this might be the option you prefer as logging in every time can be hassle but please avoid doing this for the final session of the day.
- To sign out please click on the Windows icon on the bottom left of the taskbar, then click on the profile icon refenced in the picture below. Then select the Sign out option.
